What is OnerYou?
OnerYou is Oner Active’s loyalty club, created to celebrate you and your loyalty. Earn points with every purchase, unlock exclusive rewards, and enjoy experiences designed just for our community.
What should I do if I am already a member of the current loyalty programme?
Nothing at all – you’ll be automatically enrolled in OnerYou. Your points will carry over for the next 12 months, and your current status will remain the same or upgrade if you qualify.
What should I do if I am not yet a member of OnerYou?
Simply create an account to join our community and start collecting points.
What will happen to my tier during the transition to OnerYou?
You’ll keep your current status or upgrade if you’re eligible. If you’re subscribed to our emails, we’ll notify you of any changes. You can also check your tier and points balance any time by logging into your account.
What will happen to my points balance during the transition to OnerYou?
Your points will remain valid for 12 months. You can always track your balance and tier status by logging into your account.
Do I earn points on discounted items or sale purchases?
Yes, you still earn points when shopping our sale or discounted items.
Can I earn points if I forget to create an account or log in at the checkout?
Yes – your points will be held for you. Create your account with the same email address used at checkout so we can unlock them for you. Please contact our Customer Experience Team (via the Contact Us page, select the Account or Loyalty option), and they will be happy to help you with this.
How soon after purchase will my points appear?
In most cases, your points appear immediately. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
Do points or rewards expire?
Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the date they’re earned.
How do I redeem my points?
We made it easy and simple for you: you can redeem your points directly at checkout. Simply log into your account, add your items to the cart, and then apply your points at checkout.
Is there a minimum number of points required before I can redeem?
Yes, 4.000 points are needed before you can unlock rewards.
Can I combine rewards with other promotions or discounts?
Rewards can be used during mid-year promotions and Black Friday. However, they cannot be combined with other promo codes (such as affiliate or athlete codes).
What happens if I return an item purchased with points or rewards?
If you return an item purchased with points, you will get the points credited back to your account automatically (and you will lose the points earned on the purchase).
What happens if I have redeemed my voucher and I have lost my code?
No worries! You can easily retrieve your voucher in "Reward History". Just log into your account, open your OnerYou Profile, and click on Reward History – you’ll find the full list of rewards here, including your promo codes.
How do I qualify for a higher tier?
You have 12 months from joining a tier to reach the next tier. Once achieved, you’ll have another 12 months to remain in that tier or move up. Your tier is based on how much you spend in a 12-month period:
Bronze: free to join, no minimum spend
Silver: $200 USD annual spend
Gold: $500 USD annual spend
Platinum: $1,000 USD annual spend
Diamond: $2,200 USD+ annual spend
How long do I keep my tier status?
Your tier status is valid for 12 months, starting from the date you reach it.
Does my tier reset every year?
Your tier will only change when you either reach the spend required for a higher tier or fail to meet the spend required to maintain your current tier over the past 12 months.
What happens if I don’t meet the annual spending requirement to maintain my membership tier?
You’ll move down a tier at the end of the 12-month period.
Do membership tiers offer early access to new products?
Yes! Gold members get 1-day (28 hours) early access to new capsule launches; Platinum and Diamond members both enjoy 2-day (52 hours) early access.
How do I update my account details (email, phone, etc.)?
Simply log into your account to update your information.
Can I link multiple accounts or family members?
No, your OnerYou membership is personal and cannot be shared.
Can I opt out or cancel my membership?
Please contact our Customer Experience team if you no longer wish to receive OnerYou benefits.
Who do I contact for help with my loyalty account?

Can I use my loyalty account in different countries or regions?
No, OnerYou accounts are country/region-specific.
Can businesses or groups join, or is it for individuals only?
OnerYou is for individuals only.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, Oner points are linked to your personal account.
