Got your eye on a new pair of leggings, gym shorts, or that perfect sports bra? From Sunday 16 November, we’ll give you a sneak peek at all the styles included in our Black Friday sale. Simply log into your account, where you’ll see the discount, sale prices and start date of Black Friday. You can also add your favourite styles to your wishlist, so you’re ready to shop your favourite sale items as soon as it drops.

Simply follow the steps below:

1. Log into your account.
2. Select your favourite products.
3. Add them to your wishlist.
4. See whether your favourites are in the sale from 16 November.
5. Set a reminder for the live date, according to your OnerYou tier:

• Diamond and Platinum tiers on Monday 17 November from 1PM GMT / 2PM CET / 8AM EST.
• Gold tier on Tuesday 18 November from 1PM GMT / 2PM CET / 8AM EST.
• All customers on Thursday 20 November at 5PM GMT / 6PM CET / 12PM EST.

6. Fill your basket before the products go.

During peak times, orders will take longer than our standard shipping timeline – please bear with us. US orders may be subject to delays at US customs that are beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link. Please kindly note, it may take up to 72 hours before your tracking link displays the first update.

We’ve extended our returns policy for items bought during this time.

Diamond and Platinum orders placed between 17 November 2025 and 1 January 2026 can be returned up until 31 January 2026. Gold orders placed between 18 November 2025 and 1 January 2026 can be returned up until 31 January 2026. All other orders placed from 20 November 2025 and 1 January 2026 can be returned up until 31 January 2026. Purchases made from 2 January 2026 will have the usual 30-day returns policy.

Yes! Gift cards will be available to purchase during the Black Friday sale, but they will not be discounted.

Gift cards can only be redeemed in the same country/currency that they were originally purchased in.

Yes, absolutely! You can use your Oner points to create vouchers and redeem them on discounted products. However, you cannot use multiple discount codes in the same order. So, if you are using another extra discount code, you cannot combine it with a loyalty voucher. You need to choose one or the other. If you’re not using an extra discount, your loyalty voucher will work.

Yes, everyone who is signed up to our OnerYou loyalty club will receive double points – no matter what tier you are in. Earn double Oner points if you buy anything from our Black Friday sale until 29 November at 12PM GMT / 1PM CET / 7AM EST 2025*. Simply log in or create an account, make your purchase and your points can be used on future orders.

Yes, if you’re a Diamond or Platinum member, you can shop the sale from 1PM GMT / 2PM CET / 8AM EST on 17 November until 4PM GMT / 5PM CET / 11AM EST on 20 November. If you’re a Gold member, you can shop the sale from 1PM GMT / 2PM CET / 8AM EST on 18 November, before the main launch at 4PM GMT / 5PM CET / 11AM EST on 20 November.
